Welcome to the soundtrack of our lives.
Lady Elix
I'm a self proclaimed music lover; aficionado of house, rap, jazz, punk, funk, soul & anything else in between. I tend to look under & above the radar of what's new and refreshing. None of that radio/MTV/BET b.s. could satisfy my appetite. I never liked using the term "old school/new school". That was something created by the "gatekeepers" of the industry to pigeon-hold consumers on what we should/should not listen to. I'm not saying what's on the radio isn't good but there needs to be an equal and fair balance of what else is out there. Not the same songs/videos 50 times in a day. Give me the real...that funk, that punk, and that retro. I'm true skool (school) to the fullest!
